Well, paislee is now 16 months and officially sleeping in a big girl bed. She loves the bubble guppies (cartoon) it's a show with little mermaids and a puppy who is a mermaid as well. She found the bubble guppie bed set at the store and had to have it, so we decided it would be perfect for her room and new big girl bed. She picked it out on her own!! Then we got the play kitchen from my parents house, which was my grandparents and they gave it to Paislee. She loves it, and always brings out food on plates with a fork or spoon for us to eat with. The other day she insisted on eating her eggs with one of the forks.. She also loves her shopping cart from my grandparents too, that thing is always following behind me and I find it in my way all the time... But I love how cute she is with it(: Hopefully soon I will be starting potty training with her, I'm waiting for her to fully understand when to tell me she has to go. Paislee is a walking, talking, climbing monster. She loves to put my headbands around her neck and pretend to have necklaces on. Weird, I know. She is really attached to her grandma and grandpa. She talks to my dad on the phone almost everyday. She is always hugging/cuddling/kissing my parents, she just loves them so much. I love seeing the bond she has with each of them, and I know she feels very very very loved from them. They've done a great job with her and showing exactly how much they love and care about her. Will and I couldn't be any more proud and happy of the way my parents have been towards us and to her. I'm extremely grateful to have them as my parents. Will always tells me how lucky he is to have them as family. He finally feels like he is apart of a family and apart of family who loves and cares about him. He loves my dad to dealth and always tells me he is more of a dad to him than anyone who's ever been in his life.
We just recently came back from Boise, we got to see my grandparents and great grandma. I just love that woman to death. She always makes me feel so special, I saw her on thanksgiving and she told me that she really misses me and misses when I would come over and see her in Vale when I lived in Ontario. I always knew she was an amazing woman but hearing how special she felt when I would visit/call made me realize even more just how much I truly miss her since I've moved. I try to make sure every time I come visit, I go see her too. This last time we visited she had me laughing so hard, I didn't get to visit very long but it was great to see her. Will walked in and she looked a little confused.. He said hi grandma do you remember me, and she said "well yes but I don't know you, I mean I do, but I don't" he got a good laugh. She seemed confused since I usually went over to her house alone. I can't wait to see my family again. I always miss them and feel lonely in Nevada. I really do have the best family ever!! My moms parents always welcome us with open arms into their home, we call last minute and they still say "come on over, we would love to see you" I'm always scared Paislee will break one of my grandmas nativity sets.. Paislee likes to get into everything! When we were over visiting them my grandpa let me read part of his autobiography.. Parts about my mom! I loved it! He also told us some stories, my favorite being my grandma stole his heart after dating her cousin!!! I kept giving her a hard time, but it was all fun and games! I'm glad they fell in love, they have shown me what loves looks like, and set a great example for my mom too because her and my dad's love is very strong and it's very noticeable! They truly set a great example for my brother and I!
Lucky for us, my parents were kind enough to give us their old furniture!!! Yay we have comfy couches to sit on now!!!
(Ps- Will is suppose to take down the Christmas lights inside.. He's a few months behind. Can you tell?)
